For security purposes, the Web Portal will automatically log out a user who is inactive for more than 20 minutes.

Electronically submitted claims (i.e., claims submitted using billing software or via a clearinghouse), must be transmitted by 3:00 pm on Fridays to ensure processing in weekly payment cycle. Yes, requests can be submitted via the Web Portal. To request assistance, select Communication Options > Submit a Request to Customer Service. Please allow 48 hours for initial contact.

Upon successful login, prior Authorization status may be obtained by selecting 'PA Inquiry' from the Inquiry Options found in the Web Portal and entering the PA number or recipient ID.

Yes! Confidential provider- or recipient-related data is not disclosed on the Web Portal’s public pages. Private Web pages are accessible only by authorized users and may contain protected provider and recipient health care information.  To ensure the protection of confidential provider and recipient information, Conduent encrypts any data being passed to and from computers across the Internet. In addition, access to the secure area requires entry of a unique login.
