Online Audit Trail Issue Information Web Page

The Online Audit Trail function allows the user to access an online listing of changes made to any data stored on the Web Portal Database.

1. After logging in to the secure Web Portal, on the left side of the Home Pagein the navigation bar, the user should click Online Audit Trail.

2. The user should enter information into applicable fields and click the Submit button.
